Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some frequently asked questions.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been submitted and processed you will receive an email confirmation with a TNT or Australia Post tracking number. The Postal carrier will depend on the delivery location and size/weight of the items ordered. More information in our Shipping information.

Can I alter/cancel my order?

Orders can be altered or cancelled if we are notified prior to dispatch. We aim to ship orders the next working day so you will need to contact us immediately if you have made an error.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We don't directly have access to your credit card details. Payment is processed through the NAB payment portal which is secure.

How long before my order is sent?

We aim to dispatch your order the next working day, or at most within 2-3 working days. More information in our Shipping Information.

My order was damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. If damage is noticeable at time of receipt of your order please advise the courier to make note of the damage when you sign for it.  Also take a photo of the package to confirm external damage, prior to opening the package. This will assist us in claiming damage against the courier on your behalf.

Can I return items?

We undertake to replace any product to you that is faulty or damaged. You will need to contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged/faulty product so we can discuss requirements to return such product.  Our returns policy is within the Australian Consumer Laws guidelines. More information in our Terms & Conditions.

How can I pay for my order?

Credit card payment is accepted and secure through our NAB Payment portal. However, should you wish to organise a Direct Deposit or Money Order you will need to contact us directly to discuss this payment option further.  Your order will only be dispatched once payment is received.

When are funds deducted from my credit card?

When placing your order and successfully submitting your payment details, the funds are deducted immediately from your credit card (altering your funds availabe amount).

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No. We can only deliver to valid Australian Street addresses. Please read our Shipping Information for more information.

Where do you deliver to?

We are able to deliver Australia Wide. However, Australian Territories such as Christmas Island, Cocos/Keeling Islands, Norfolk Island, Australian Antarctic Territories and International addresses cannot be delivered to except by special arrangement. Please contact us directly to make arrangements before placing your order; otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically. Please read our Shipping Information for more information.

Do we ship Internationally?

As stated in our Shipping Information we DON'T ship internationally.
