How to use the online store
Wherever possible, unless otherwise stated, prices online and in store are usually the same. If occasionally there is some variation in pricing, it is due to small delays in pricing updates on the system
All prices quoted in our catalogue are in Australian dollars ($AUD)
and inclusive of GST.
While browsing through our catalogue, if you find a product or
products you wish to purchase, simply enter the quantity of the
product, then click on “Add to Cart”
You may view or modify your order at any time by clicking “View
Cart”
If you wish to add more products to the cart, click on “Continue
Shopping”
When you have selected all you want, click on “Go
to Checkout”. Here you complete the form for your
chosen payment method and delivery details. If you are going to
pick up your order instead, you need only complete first name, phone
number, day and time of pickup.
Once you have completed all the details and submitted the order,
you will receive a confirmation of your order details by E-MAIL.
If there are any errors, please contact Hydroponic Solutions as
soon as possible to ensure that the errors are rectified before
your order is dispatched.
Security
Hydroponic Solutions uses the latest SSL technologies
to ensure security of your online purchases through CREDIT CARD.
Ordering and Billing options
Whether you have chosen to have your order delivered, or you are
local, and therefore want to pick up your order in store, there
are several payment options open to you.

Delivery
For customers getting their orders delivered, payment can be
made by CREDIT CARD or MONEY ORDER. If payment is made via CREDIT
CARD, your CREDIT CARD will only be charged once the order is
dispatched.

In Store Pick-up
If you are a local customer and you wish to pick up your order,
you can also pay online via CREDIT CARD or pay in person when
you pick up your order, using either EFTPOS, CASH or CREDIT.

Using your CREDIT CARD
This is a secure online option for those customers wishing to
submit their order over the INTERNET. Hydroponic Solutions
uses the latest SSL technologies to protect your privacy. We
do not pass your information onto any third party organisations.
When you submit your CREDIT CARD details, we also ask for the
CCV number (the number on the back of your card) for your added
security as well as our own. If you do not want to send your
CREDIT CARD and CCV numbers over the INTERNET, we can contact
you by telephone to obtain these numbers. Therefore, when filling
out your order details ensure that you include your contact
number.
OR
If you don’t want to use your Credit Card over the INTERNET,
you may wish to MAIL, FAX, E-MAIL or TELEPHONE through your
order. By printing out the "Purchase Order"
form and filling in the details, you can send it through to
Hydroponic Solutions, at the address shown
below, submitting your credit card details in this way.
Note. In either case we request a contact
phone number, for any CREDIT CARD problems.

Using a MONEY ORDER
With this option, you print out the "Purchase Order"
form, as described above, and fill in your delivery details.
Mail this to us, with a MONEY ORDER (in Australian dollars $AUD),
made out to NIRM PTY LTD.
Ordered something temporarily out of stock
If you order something that is temporarily out of stock, we will
contact you to make other arrangements or perhaps direct you to
a similar product that is in stock. Remember we only bill your CREDIT
CARD once the order is dispatched, so you won’t be charged
if it’s not in stock.
Insurance for Your Order
Please be aware that any damage sustained by goods during transit
after they have been dispatched from Hydroponic Solutions
becomes the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
This being the case Hydroponic Solutions recommends
you insure your purchases for peace of mind. Insurance is an optional
extra, so if you would like to include insurance on your purchase
order, please click on the "Insure my Order"
box on the "View Cart" page.
Insurance is charged at $4.40 per every $100 of purchase value,
or part there of.
Shipping Information
For those customers getting their orders delivered, please ensure
that you fill out the shipping location section of the "Purchase
Order" form. Shipping charges are calculated automatically
based upon the size of your order and delivery location. To calculate
the shipping costs correctly, select your shipping zone from the
drop-down menu in the Shopping Cart. You can locate your shipping

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of goods (usually much
less). Note, shipping time and costs will be determined by your
location and distance from the Perth Metro Area.
If you need an order delivered urgently, contact us to make special
arrangements.
Privacy
At Hydroponic Solutions, our aim is to be professional
and discrete.
When your order is delivered, it arrives safely and in plain packaging,
regardless of how big or small. All packaging is labeled NIRM
PTY LTD (our company name) as the sender, NOT Hydroponic
Solutions (our trading name).
If you pay by CREDIT CARD, the name that appears on your CREDIT
CARD statement is NIRM PTY LTD.
If you are picking up your order, we only ask for a first name
and contact phone number, just to keep track of orders, and if we
need to contact you regarding your order.
We respect our customers’ privacy and at no time or under
any circumstances will we give out a customer’s details to
a third party.
Warranty/Returns
Please choose your products carefully, as Hydroponic Solutions
does not accept returns based on either an incorrect choice
or a change of mind. If you have any queries about a product you
would like to purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns
before you buy.
Hydroponic Solutions will honour all manufacturers
warranties subject to the terms and conditions of those manufacturers,
however warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, improper care, loss
or damage from incorrect usage.
Warranty claims will be processed at our discretion as a refund,
repair or replacement.
If products need to be returned to us for warranty purposes, please
TELEPHONE, E-MAIL or FAX us with the RECEIPT/INVOICE NUMBER, DATE
OF PURCHASE and a brief description of the fault. We will then issue
you with a PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER. All returns should be in original
packaging and have the RECEIPT/INVOICE NUMBER, DATE OF PURCHASE
, and PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER enclosed. The PRODUCT RETURN NUMBER
should also be written on the outside of the package for easy identification
purposes.
