Can I alter/cancel my order?
Orders can be altered or cancelled if we are notified prior to dispatch. We aim to ship orders the next working day so you will need to contact us immediately if you have made an error.
Can I return items?
We undertake to replace any product to you that is faulty or damaged. You will need to contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged/faulty product so we can discuss requirements to return such product. Our returns policy is within the Australian Consumer Laws guidelines. More information in our Terms & Conditions.
